Is this a beach front property

No, that is why our prices and significantly more competitive. Our property is in the wonderful Tulum town suburb of La Veleta that is only 15 mins from the beach and 5 mins to town. We have a fantastic array of great local bars/restaurants here.

Hi Clay, Thank you for making us aware of this issue. Today we are going to remove that automatic pet fee . For guests who want to bring pets , a 500mxn one-off pet fee will be charged separately.

Hidden gem for family group looking for comfort and fun
The place is a little gem hidden in the busy Tulum streets. It’s quiet, the room is very big, it has everything you need inside! Each room Ba sits private balcony. Our kids slept in the mezzanine and loved to have their own little area. The beds are super comfortable (and I’m a difficult one!). The pool is a big bonus as Tulum is very hot and only beaches. Better to rent a car and move around with the car. Private parking available for free. There is absolutely everything next door: amazing breakfast places, beautiful trendy restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. The owner, Ali, is amazing. He’s friendly and really care about his guests. He gave us the best tips about Tulum, without him it wouldn’t have been the same. We even had a dinner together with him and the family! You can even rent the whole place and privatise it if you are a big group, price is super affordable for the quality! Next time in Tulum I will return at Alicat villas! Thank you Ali!!

dirty bed sheets. dirty curleries, plates and glasses. bad wifi signal, from 3 networks we were able to take wifi from only 1 and wasn’t good
